Great promotion of the property and great communication with me, he was always responsive. When we ran into the buyer asking for multiple extensions for closing, he handled it AND me like a champ. Always was cool, calm and supportive when all that had me stressed. Nick went above and beyond to help out when I needed things that I don’t know every realtor would do.
